Aerospace
We have been precision engineers for the Aerospace sector since 1984. Working to the exacting standards they quite rightly demand, focusing on quality assurance, and achieving our AS9100 and ISO9001 approvals. We understand the procurement process and we’re thrilled our Aerospace partners are still happy to recommend us, testament to the team and our collaborative approach.
Water Purification
We manufacture components, integral to water desalination technology. Typically used by containers travelling cross-continent, reducing the risk of cross contamination between oceans. Working with customers from design and development to supplier liaison, our high-quality components have helped water purification practices become 10 x more efficient, thanks to our customer’s innovative technology.
Nuclear
The Nuclear industry demands similar complexity, attention to detail and rigour as the Aerospace sector. By applying the same expertise, traceability, specification criteria, material knowledge and trusted supply chain we sector-shifted quickly to manufacture radiation sensors, components for nuclear reactors and military applications. Sourcing materials, testing and delivering the same level of precision excellence.
Power Generation
To do our bit to transition towards a greener future, utilising greener energy, we work with many customers in power regeneration. Manufacturing components for technology that harvests exhaust gases and converts electricity from turbines, lorries and farming generators on the continent.
Air Bearings
We understand the electronics industry demands high precision engineering. When it comes to Air Bearings we drill spindles, manufacturing components for electronic circuit boards, PC boards and mobile phone boards. For an industry that is so precision specific, component accuracy is king, with high levels of tolerance, expertise, flexibility, and often high-volume batch production.
