Our in-house assembly facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools. 

Housed in a dedicated area on our mezzanine floor, we offer the full range of assembly operations from fitting inserts to full blown mechanical assembly. Suitable for 1, 2 or 1,000’s off components; all assembled by hand.

Assembly includes fitting, threading inserts, riveting, wire locking, pressing and punching, right through to full mechanical assembly. We can also manage procurement of bought out parts for larger assembles and arrange final testing before delivery.
