Our factory floor covers 10,000 square feet, accommodating a wide range of high-quality CNC and plant machinery.  From CMZ lathes, YCM mills, Aberlink cmms, Baty optical projectors, and a large selection of manual and inspection equipment. 

It’s important we remain efficient and cost-effective for our customers and to do that we have to stay at the forefront of technology: updating our plant, investing in new machinery and developing the team. Whether it’s our engineers, schedulers, project managers or the team in the back office.

The NFX400 is a prime example of our technological advancement; with robot loaders it has increased our automation capacity, frequently running unmanned overnight. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as required.

That means we can shift more parts quicker, outputting even bigger production batches.

Our mezzanine floor is purpose-built for assembly and finishing, kept separate from the factory floor for a clean environment.

We operate an open-door policy, happy to welcome customers whenever they want to see their order mid-production.
